Effective supervision is important for all practitioners, to assist us in working safely and competently, whilst promoting reflective practice and self-care. Supervision is also a space that is useful for continued professional and personal development.
I received my Certificate in Supervision from the University of Central Lancashire in 2023. I use Page and Wosket’s cyclical model. This allows explorative space for the supervisee and offers a containing, collaborative framework, whatever your modality.
My practice is Person-Centred, and my experience is of working in an organisational setting, to a time-limited framework.
My fee for supervision sessions is £50 per hour (£45 for trainee therapists). I offer sessions online or in person in Lancaster.
